Respected Officer,
May I know what is Release Completion Letter consist of? I have sent the official UPM completion letter, but EMGS said I must liase with my previous instituition. Therefore, I will email UPM, but I would like to know what are the details to ask for in the letter?

  There are no specific requirements for the details in the release completion letter. You may liaise with the previous institution to obtain the letter and request your current institute to upload the document in the system.
