Hello sir.

This is me Jihan From Bangladesh. I applied for city University Malaysia last year October intake. In this time i face so many trouble. Alhamdulillah city University problem was solved.

Sir last 12 December 2024 my emgs updated that emgs progress with immigration. Today 8th January 2025. Almost 36 dayes gone. But my emgs not updated. Its stuck almost 36 dayes now. Sir please help me to find the problem. Is there any important papers do i have to submit? Or anything i need to do? Please sir help me to find out that what problem occurred.

My passport number : A14852724.
