Dear EMGS officer,
For example, my iKad has been issued, but my institution is delaying its collection from Immigration. Since the physical iKad is not in my hands, is it possible to obtain a Supporting Letter from Immigration for emergencies? If not, what steps should be taken to prove my legal student status in Malaysia?

  Hi,
  
  Kindly be informed Immigration not issuing any supporting letter to student. Kindly note that once your ikad is ready for collection, we will notify to the institution to collect at EMGS.
