Dear EMGS officer,
I am writing my concern to you regarding applying to new university in Malaysia. I am an INTI Subang college student majoring in applied science (American Degree Transfer program). However, due to unforseen financial constraints I could not pay outstanding fees in INTI. And, now I am planning to apply for some affordable university in Malaysia. In such case, will EMGS issue my visa or e-Val? I hope to get response as I am really concerned about my future now.
