On Feb 6, I received a yellow 20% notice, requiring me to submit an explanation letter. 
After that,I found my supervisor and the dean, and obtained the explanation letter signed by the dean. my institution has uploaded the certificate letter and study plan to emgs this afternoon. Please check whether you have received it. I ask you to renew my visa as soon as possible, because it will expire soon.
