Hi EMGS Team,
I’m Zhang Guorui, holding travel document No. EG4951630.
I submitted a new application, but the document – checking is only 15% complete. The status turned green 9 days ago, yet there has been no further progress.
The school in Malaysia starts registration on Feb 28. If I can’t enroll smoothly, it will have a significant negative impact on my academic and career plans. I’ve already quit my job in anticipation of this study opportunity.
Every morning, the first thing that comes to my mind is this visa issue, and it makes me extremely anxious.
I sincerely hope you can speed up the processing. Your help is of great significance to me.
