Dear EMGS,

I submitted my Letter of Eligibility (LOE) to you a week ago, but I have not received any confirmation yet. I am really concerned about the processing time, as I need to receive my visa on time. My classes will start soon, and I must be in Malaysia at least one month before the start date, which means I only have two weeks left.

I would really appreciate it if you could update me on the status of my LOE confirmation.

  Hi Tiam,
  
  Only the Iranian Embassy can submit the LOE to us. Kindly check with the Embassy if they submitted the LOE to EMGS. Drop an email at enquiry(at)emgs.com.my with the details of the submission. This will enable us to check on the status of the LOE.

    Yes, the Embassy of Iran sent the LOE last week, but it has not been approved yet. Could you please provide an update on its status?
