I hope this message finds you well. My name is ZHU SISI (Passport: EJ5598639), an international student joining City University. A few days ago, I sent you a message asking about the progress of EMGS, and you responded to me very patiently, but there is still no progress these days. Because I have bought the air ticket on the morning of February 7th in advance, I am very anxious now. Could you please help me handle it as soon as possible? According to the date of submission, it has been a month. Thanks a lot!
