Dear EMGS Officer,

I am writing to express my concern regarding the significant delay in the processing of my visa application associated with passport number B9504797. For the past week, I have been actively reaching out through your helpline center, email, and student forum, but I have only received the same response, stating that my application is in the “in the process of submitting student pass for approval ” Unfortunately, there has been no progress in my application status, and I am now feeling extremely frustrated and helpless.

All my co-students who applied to the same university and submitted their applications alongside me have already received their visas, while my application remains pending. This delay has caused me to lose one month of academic progress, and it is becoming increasingly difficult for me to cope with the missed classes.

I kindly request you to prioritize my application and ensure it progresses immediately. I sincerely urge you to take this matter seriously, as further delays will significantly impact my education and future opportunities.
