Dear EMGS Team,

I hope this email finds you well.

I am writing to inquire about the progress of my visa renewal application. My application status has remained at 90% for the past 10 days. Following this, I have submitted my passport to the IMCC department of USM as required. However, I have yet to see any updates on my application status.

May I kindly ask if my passport has been received by EMGS and if there are any additional steps required from my side? I sincerely appreciate the hard work and dedication of your team in handling visa applications, and I understand that the process takes time. However, as my visa renewal is extremely important to me, I would be truly grateful if my application could be processed as soon as possible.

  Kindly be informed that your institution opted to obtain the Student Pass directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to EMGS. We advise that you liaise with your institution directly for further assistance on the status of your passport.

    Thank you for your clarification. I understand that my institution is responsible for obtaining my student visa directly from the state Immigration Department.
