Dear EMGS, Hi

I would like to follow up regarding my case (Email Case Number: 2735612). The Letter of Eligibility (LOE) has already been sent to you directly from the Embassy of Iran.

However, I noticed that on the portal, it still indicates that the LOE needs to be submitted, and the submission section is still open.
