Hello EMGS officer, My name is Faiza Arafat Saad with passport no AK0265133. I am currently doing my visa renewal and have submitted all my documents. My status on the app shows that you have started the the process for the student pass and it’s showing 45%. I really need to submit my passport earlier so I can travel home with a student pass in March. Please look into this thank you in advance.
