Hello EMGS Officer,
This is Yashraj Prakash Matre.

I would like to ask if there is any issue with me application, as it has been stuck at 32%. Could you please update me on the progress of my EMGS application? If there is any problem, please let me know as soon as possible. Thank you.

  Please be informed that your documents is ready for submission to the immigration department for the VAL approval.
  
  Kindly take note that the approval process takes approximately 7 working days, however the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
