Dear EMGS officers
My name is LIU JIGUANG. My passport no is EJ5057063. My status is 80 right now. I have to return to China for urgent case this week. Could you help me to speed up the following process to I can catch the flight on Thursday? You’re appreciated for doing something for my issues. Best wishes!

  Hi Liu Jiguang,
  
  Kindly be informed that your passport has been submitted to the Immigration Department for Student Pass sticker endorsement. The issuance of a student pass will take approximately 14 working days from the day we receive the passport. Based on our records, we received your passport on 13th January 2025.
  
  Please allow the Immigration Department time to process your application. The student pass approval is at the sole discretion of the Immigration Department of Malaysia. It is not advisable for you to make any travel arrangements before you receive your passport.
  
  With regards to any urgency, kindly be advised to liaise with the institution to submit the required documents for further checking.
