Dear EMGS Officer,
Greetings!
My name is Zhang Hao, and my passport number is EA8334975. My application number is #########. I submitted my renewal application on December 31, 2024. Currently, my EMGS application status has remained at 45%. Last week, the visa office at my school informed me that the status would soon be updated to 90% and that I could submit my passport. However, as of now, the status has not changed and is still at 45%.
I fully understand the complexity and workload involved in processing visa applications. However, as I need to return to China soon, I kindly request your attention to my renewal application progress and your assistance in expediting the process. If there are any additional documents or actions required from my side, please let me know.

  The EMGS supporting letter for your student pass has been issued to your institution, and they will be arranging for the endorsement of the student pass at the State Immigration Office. As such, we recommend that you refer to your institution for further assistance on the student pass endorsement process.
