My name is HUZEHAO, my passport number is EL2991124.I would like to ask my application progress already stuck at 20% for a week.I applied early on Jan 7th for the visa renewal. Is any problems for my documents?I urgently need to complete the process because I still have follow-up matters. Could you help me to speed up the
