I sent my educational transcript and certificate to you since 8-1-2025 but my application is still suck on 15% and also the institution sent it.

Kindly sir, see my doccument and proceed my application.

And would like to say, I am an employee and I need to apply for leave from work to complete the visa procedures. Delaying the procedures will deprive me of the opportunity to study، So
Please consider my circumstances.
