Dear EMGS office
My name is Peng Chuxin and my passport number is ED7678941. Could you please tell me the current status of my visa renewal? My university informed me that all documents have been submitted and are now waiting for approval. After a meeting with the Ministry of Education, my lecturer also assured me that everything is fine, and my visa renewal will be approved. I was told that I only need to wait. However, my visa is set to expire on January 19, 2025, and I am very anxious. I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide me with an update！

  Kindly be informed that we are yet to receive the appeal document from the institution. As such, kindly refer to the institution and request them to submit at EMGS in order for us to review and resume the process.
