dDear EMGS,
I hope this message finds you well.My name is SuTing，my passport is EJ1888443.
I am writing to inquire about the status of my EMGS application. I noticed that the progress of my application was at 0% on Monday, and despite the fact that it has been one week since then, the progress remains unchanged.
The system indicates that I need to submit proof of payment and documents. I would like to clarify if there are any issues or additional requirements that I need to address in order to proceed with my application.

  Hi,
  
  Kindly be informed that your application is pending submission of proof of payment from the institution. As such, kindly refer to the institution and request them to submit at EMGS in order for us to process your application accordingly.

    But But my school said it had been submitted to emgs. Could you please help me to confirm again that emgs has not received the payment and documents?
