I’m sorry to bother you again. My name is Wang Yun. Passport No: E84211848. I want to know how long does EMGS take to review the JomPAY payment? It has been five days since the renewal progress is 0%. Hello, how long does it take to review the payment voucher? It has been five days since the renewal progress is 0%. I hope to be able to go home on January 29th. Please help me to expedite it, thank you.

  Hi Wang Yun,
  There was an issue with the payment proof that the institution submitted and we received the updated one from them on 10 January 2025. Allow us time to review the payment details. Any updates will be notified through the institution.
