Dear EMGS officers:
My name is MA JIANGTAO ，passport number is EK2738060,I successfully submitted all the materials for renewal at our university IMCC in USM on December 30,2024,and the person in charge also said that the materials are complete and there is no problem,but my renewal progress is still 0. I want to know what the reason is,which will affect my return home. If you need any my materials,please let me know and please process it as soon as possible.

  Kindly be informed that there is issue regarding your proof of payment. Kindly note, the [Jompay Reference Number] is not indicated. As such, you may check in the transaction history to get Jompay Reference Number and resubmit to the institution. Kindly request the institution to submit the proof of payment with JomPAY Reference Number in order for us to resume process the application.
