My name is WANG RUIQI. My major is translation and my passport number is EJ3585771. I’m sorry to bother you but it has been a long time since my documents were submitted, the emgs progress is still 0%. My friend and I submitted on the same day, but she’s already 90% there.
Could you please help me with that？

  We are yet to receive the complete payment for the application from your institute. Kindly liaise with the institute and request that they submit the proof of payment, for us to initiate the processing of the application.
