5 percent means your application has just started the journey towards the eval. It will take not less than 3-6 weeks, especially because there will be some pensing issues from time to time. Anyways, EMGS may give you a better answer.

As checked, we received your application from the institution on 10 December 2024, however, they uploaded a proof of payment on 4 January 2025. Therefore, we are in the midst of reviewing the payment details and we appreciate your patience in allowing us time. We will initiate the application process upon verification of the payment details. The processing timeframe takes approximately 14 working days, however, the approval is up to Immigration’s discretion. Any updates will be notified accordingly.
