My full name is LIN YIFEI. My passport number is EM6955312.
I had a problem with my physical examination at Qualitas Cyberjaya on January 3, 2025. I used the emgs panel clinics of post arrival check in to scan three QR codes, one at the counter, the doctor’s room, and the x-ray room. But the nurse told me that there was only one counter QR code to scan, and there were no other two QR codes to scan. What should I do now?
