Dear Sir, good morning！ My name is LI SHAO with passport EJ1519166. Now my student visa in renew reach 80％(in process with immigration). And I have buyed air ticket of 8th January. This time my new student visa is only for 3 months, but visa renewal process has exceeded one month. Can I catch my flight on the 8th of this month?

  Kindly be informed that we received your passport on the 20th December 2024 for the Student Pass endorsement process. The endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. We will notify your institution once the passport is ready for collection.
