My passport number is EK5668219. I submitted my passport renewal application on December 9th, and my application progress has been stuck at 45% since then. I would like to inquire about the status of my application. I am in urgent need as I have just become a father, and my family greatly needs me😭😭😭😭. I sincerely hope to receive my passport as soon as possible.

  Kindly be informed that your institution opted to obtain the Student Pass directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to EMGS. We advise that you liaise with your institution directly for further assistance on the status of your passport.
