Dear officer, my passport is LA32E8248. I am unable to proceed with the application as i cannot verify my ID with selfie. It mentions that “ live face is not detected” i have tried several times with both front and back camera and it still does not work. Kindly let me know how to proceed with this. My flight is at 5th january 2025 and i need to get MDAC today

  You are required to ensure that the selfie taken must be real at the present time and not a snapshot of any form of photos. If your selfie cannot be verified, it means the selfie does not match with the photo you have uploaded into the application.
