Please be informed that you may download your eVAL through the EMGS website at https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/emgs/application/searchPost/.
If the issue persists, you may also send us the screenshot of the error at enquiry(at)emgs.com.my and we will assist to check on this matter.
