Dear EMGS,
My passport number is EJ5065699, and my name is Ding Xiaomin from UKM.
My matric number is P121001.
I have sumitted my passport for its renewal, but found that I have to extend my study time.
I have extended it from Semester 2 of 2024/2025 Academic Session（August 2025）to Semester 2 of 2027/2028Academic Session （August2028）.
And I have added the new Confirmation Letter to https://bit.ly/visaSHAPEAddDoc.
Please check and I need your help to renew the passport for one year instead of half a year.

Hi,
Kindly be informed that be informed that we received your passport on 27th December 2024 from the institution for the Student Pass endorsement process. We will review your document and submit the passport to the Immigration Department. The endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department

Thank you for your reply. I don’t quite know the process. I just hope that my new confirmation letter has been updated before renewing my passport, so it would be possible for me to renew my passport one year later instead of half a year. Thank you！
