Dear EMGS Officer,
My passport number is EK5668219. I submitted my passport renewal application on December 9th. On December 16th, the system notified me that my personal passport information was unclear, so I updated the scanned copy of my passport on the same day. On December 20th, I was informed that EMGS had received my application documents. However, from December 9th to December 29th, my application progress has remained at 20% with no updates.
I would like to inquire about the status of my application. I have a young child, and my family urgently needs my presence. I am in great need of receiving my passport as soon as possible. 😭😭😭😭
