  Please be informed that in order to avoid delay in the processing of additional documents, kindly send all additional documents email to the correct mailbox, additionaldoc(at)emgs.com.my.
  
  Please ensure that documents are submitted using the same email address that was used to create your application.

    Thank you. I have already submitted it via email. How long will it take to process the correction or additional documents?
