Sir, Can I request a refund for the EMGS fees if UNITEN has not yet submitted the e-VAL application to EMGS due to their EMGS licensing issues? I applied for the e-VAL through UNITEN and paid the fees. This may cause a delay in the issuance of the e-VAL application. Thanks.

  Hi Abdulrazak,
  
  Kindly be informed that your institution would be required to apply for the refund application if your application was yet to be submitted to EMGS and you have paid to the EMGS account. The institution may apply the refund application as transferred funds to EMGS unintentionally.
