Hope you are doing well. My name is CUI NAIYUAN. Application Number: #########. Passport:EA5523923. I have submitted my passport on 18th of December, and EMGS has received my passport on 19th of December. It has been passed one week, but it still shows that your application is in progress with EMGS. The progress percentage is still 55%. Could you tell me how is the visa renewal going?

  Please be informed that we received your passport on the 18th December 2024 for the Student Pass endorsement process. The endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. We will notify your institution once the passport is ready for collection.
