Good day!

I recently changed my phone, and when I logged into the EMGS app on my new device to view my student card and insurance card, I encountered the message: “Your student details have already been verified on another device.”

Currently, I am in the process of renewing my student visa and urgently need to check the expiry date of my insurance. I would greatly appreciate it if you could assist me in accessing my insurance card on this new device or provide me with the expiry date of my insurance.
