Dear EMGS Officer,
My passport number is EK5668219. I submitted my passport renewal documents on December 9th. On December 16th, the system indicated that my passport personal information was unclear. On the same day, I updated the scanned copy of my passport. On December 20th, I was notified that EMGS had received my application documents. However, from December 9th to December 25th, my progress has remained at 20% without any changes.
I would like to inquire about the status of my application. I have a young child, and my family urgently needs my presence. It is very important for me to receive my passport as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to your reply.
