Dear emgs officer,
My friend’s passport number is AB1730660, and the university is City University! She applied, and her process has been stuck on 15% for almost about 3-4 weeks now. Has the university submitted her documents? Are her documents being processed?

Also, my other friend’s passport is AB1221229, City University. It has been a week since he submitted his documents, and up to now there is still no register created for his process… is every document okay? Did the university submit his documents?
