Good Greetings
Dear emgs officers in charge, as new arrival student, I intend to enter Malaysia with my brother to fetch me and helping to settle and then back home(Iraq). I wonder if he needs to apply for MDAC like me or no need? And this step only for new arrival students?

  Kindly be informed that Students who have obtained a Visa Approval Letter (VAL) and are travelling to Malaysia to commence their course are required to complete the MDAC registration. As such, for others you are required to liaise with the Immigration department for further checking as they are in the best position to advise you accordingly.
