Dear EMGS
My passport number is B00108501 and my application number is E#########. I think I have incorrectly inputed my applicant name as in Passport MRZ format. I am supposed to insert my name but I have entered the code number on the seconed line of the MRZ. Could you please help me fix this?

  Kindly be informed that your application was on hold pending approval by the institution. As such, kindly request the institution to approve the application. Once approve, institution may email us to request for the amendment of the name. Kindly refer to the institution for further assistance regarding this matter.
