Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I have secured an offer letter from Universiti Malaya for PhD in Engineering. While completing my application for Student Visa in EMGS Portal, My payment was rejected due to my Credit Card not being issued by Malaysian Banks. Since I am yet to open an account in Malaysia, kindly help me with alternative payment options for payment of the Visa Fees.

Also, kindly help me in completing the payment for my existing payment Order #E#########
