Dear emgs officers, my name is Chen Zichang, passport number: EJ3007943.

I am writing to follow up my visa renewal issue(passport number EJ3007943). On November 18, I have submitted my documents to the visa counter of UM , however, I’ve noticed until today my emgs status is still 0 percent. I have paid the visa fee according to the requirements (RM 291.2 on Nov 14) with the visa processing fee 50 RM.

It has been stuck in 0 for three weeks already, may I know is there any problem or what should I do?
