Hi EMGS Officer….

Please help me with some information about my application process problem.. My name is Abdullah Safi.. My passport number (A08362910).. My Institution name Genovasi University college.. 29-10-24 I got to know that Malaysia immigration department rejected my eVAL 😭 But all my documents are ok…please i want to know why my application is rejected? And what should I do to amend my application? 😓😓

  We are sorry to hear about the rejection of your application. Kindly be informed that you are required to liaise with your institution in order to obtain the VAL rejection reason. Upon receipt of the reason, your institution can submit an appeal for your VAL application.
