Dear officer,
My passport number is S0833860, I got this message “The institute or student is required to submit a copy of the Official Academic Transcript(s) and Certificate(s) for Master’s Degree (untranslated and translated version).”
Could you please advise what does that mean?

  Kindly be informed that we require your academic certificate and transcript for master degree. Kindly submit the document in untranslated and translated version for us to verify the documents.
