My name is Zeti Aishah Anwar. Passport A11806921.
I am current student in upm. but changed my program so applied for intra variation application visa. My payment was short my 3 rm which I already paid and sent receipt to my institution UPM. They haven’t updated or replied to me since then so my application is still pending payment. May I know what to do?

  Kindly be informed that we are yet to receive the proof of payment from the institution. As such, kindly refer to the institution and request them to submit at EMGS for us to resume the process of your application.
