Hi EMGS Officer,
I had travelled to my home country for my internships (May Semester) as certified will be last semester (sent you same letter written by university).
Immigration granted me VISA
until this 26 Dec 2024 and I had a previous overstay case and financial issue. Now my universiti informed me last week only that I have to redo my ELE 3 and my Sept-Dec 2024 is almost done I fear might not be able to complete before my Visa expire.
Need to have visa for January semester 2025. As time is running and different staff are having different discussions. What do you advice please?

  Hi Meunier Christabelle,
  
  Kindly be informed that if you are yet to complete study, the institution is required to apply for renewal of student visa. We will review the documents. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of EMGS officer. As such, you may refer to the institution for further assistance regarding this matter.
