Dear EMGS Team, i hope this message finds you well

I am Aung Bhone Hlaing (RoRo) who submitted my passport since 24/09/2024 and it’s been over 8 weeks since i have submitted my passport and it’s currently still on 85%. I have finished my Semester 1 at Sunway College and i’m currently on holiday already and since i haven’t received my passport i’m not able to go back yet, is there any updates or a way that you guys can help me out?. i have my personal family issues on returning to my country and for further notice and information i can provided if it’s needed and my country Myanmar has only one direct flight from Malaysia and all the tickets are already sold out, it seems like i have to take transit flights to go back to my country, please help me get my passport back.

  Kindly be informed that your student pass endorsement will be done directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to us. Kindly liaise with your institute for further details on the status of your passport.
