Did you explain to the Malaysian Immigration or your university that you are a Palestinian?
Which university will you attend?
University Tenaga Nasional, and yes I have explained to them I have no where to go and financially difficult to go anywhere in general.
My stay permit for indonesia ends in 29 November and I already have a return ticket on the 27th, so I need to use it to come back on that date

You may enter Malaysia after your eVAL is approved. Upon your arrival, you are advised to continue the process until the student pass is endorsed which means your student pass may be endorsed early than expected. As such, you may discuss this matter with the institute for further clarification.
