Hi Mohamed Azlan,
Kindly be informed that as per check, the application was payment failure. As such, you may email us to request for the cancellation. Kindly note, if you would like to request for the refund, the institution is required to apply for the refund in the EMGS system and the reason should be transferred fund to EMGS unintentionally. Alternatively, you may reapply the application and select payment method pay through institution if the options are available. You may submit the proof of payment to the institution and request them to upload in your application.

Thanks for the response. If I want to re-apply the application, am I request to cancel the previous application first or I can apply as usual?

Kindly be informed that you are required to cancel the previous application. Kindly email us at enquiry(at)emgs.com.my and provide the application number for us to cancel accordingly.
