Dear EMGS,

I have some issues for my application which I chose the payment method as “Credit Card” but the server didn’t go through, so I paid manually via bank transfer to EMGS on:

Receipt Bank: Maybank
Receipt Date: 20/11/2024
Amount: RM 1831.95

Now, I unable to Submit the application due to wrong payment method. May I request a refund and close this application? Or, after this application closed, may I apply for new application and attached this old order number?
