Dear EMGS Team,

I have arrived in Malaysia on the 6th of October and submitted my passport a few days later after medical check up. It has been over 6 weeks since I’ve submitted my passport and it’s still stuck at 80%. My semester is going to be done very soon and I have a flight very soon. My passport is MJ119281 please expedite the process so I can get my passport back. Thank you.

  Kindly be informed that your application is currently pending additional details from the institution. Therefore, kindly liaise with them to submit the required additional documents as soon as possible so we can process the Supporting Letter for your Student Pass endorsement.
