Dear Emgs I submitted my passport start on 27th of September it’s been over 7 weeks and I haven’t gotten my passport back am supposed to travel soon my ticket have already been booked I kindly ask when I can get my passport . Passport number AK1304771

  My visa renewal has been stuck at 90% ever since then can you please help me get my passport back

  Your student pass endorsement will be done directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to us. Kindly liaise with your institute for further details on the status of your passport.
